Apr. 15 Home Owner Agreement Deadline - to be turned in by House Captain
Apr. 15 Deadline for House Captains, Clean Team Captains and Rake and Run
coordinators to turn in material take offs and costs
Apr. 15 Deadline for volunteers to register
Apr. 16 House Captains, Clean Team Captains and Rake and Run coordinators begin
final material purchasing and any work that is required at the sites to prepare for
Project Day.

Apr. 20 Final Volunteer Assignments Determined and communicated to volunteers

8:00 a.m. Adults report directly to Project Site
Youth meet at Shepherd of The Lakes for breakfast and
registration.
8:30 a.m. Informal meeting in Worship Center
8:50 a.m. Group Photo
9:00 a.m. Youth disburse to Rake & Run sites
2:00 p.m. Youth teams return to Shepherd of the Lakes for lunch
4:00 p.m. Teams complete work at sites
FRIDAY, MAY 7 - CELEBRATION EVENT AND CONCERT - 6:30 p.m.
