Apr. 11 Meeting of Home Repair Coordinators and Clean Team Coordinator to
  assign volunteers to projects and approve any final projects - 7:00 p.m.
  at SOTL.

Apr. 14 House Captain organizational meeting - at SOTL at 7:00 p.m.

Apr. 14 Home Owner Agreement Deadline - to be turned in by House Captain.

Apr. 14 Deadline for volunteers to register.

Apr. 14 House Captains, Clean Team Captains, and Rake and Run coordinators
  begin final material purchasing and any work that is required at the sites
  to prepare for Project Day.

Apr. 18 Compassionate Care Training Session at SOTL at 7:00 p.m.

Apr. 19 Steering Committee Meeting at SOTL at 7:00 p.m.

Apr. 19 Final Volunteer Assignments determined and communicated to volunteers

Apr. 24 EASTER - REJOICE! CHRIST IS RISEN!

Apr. 30 PROJECT DAY
  8:30 a.m. Kick off meeting at Shepherd of The Lakes Church
  8:50 a.m. Picture and disburse to projects
  9:00 a.m. Disburse to projects and begin work.
  12:00 p.m. Youth Teams return to SOTL for lunch
  4:00 p.m. Teams complete work at sites

MAY 2011

May 12 Steering Committee Wrap Up meeting at SOTL at 7:00 p.m.

May 13 Jason Eaton Concert - 6:30 p.m.
