Mar. 4 Accessible Ramp Design Workshop, 8:00 p.m. at SOTL
Mar. 10 Deadline to identify Major Home Repair projects for consideration (Minor repairs,
interior cleaning and spring yard clean up nominations are requested to be
submitted by March 10, but will still be accepted and considered until March 31.
Earlier nominations receive preference over later nominations.
Mar. 12 Building Permit Coordination begins
Mar. 15 Final Major Home Repair Selections by House Captains
Mar. 25 Deadline to identify Churches or Groups that have interest in participating in Project
Day
Mar. 25 Steering Committee Meeting at Shepherd of the Lakes, 2101 S. Hacker Road,
Brighton, MI – 7:00 p.m.
Mar. 29 Compassionate Care Training 7:00 p.m. at SOTL
Mar. 31 Final date to identify minor repairs, interior cleaning and spring yard clean up
projects. Acceptance will be dependent upon having adequate house captains,
compassionate care, Clean Team captains, and Rake and Run volunteers.
APRIL
Apr. 4 Easter – Rejoice! Christ is Risen!
Apr. 13 Compassionate Care Training, 7:00 p.m., location TBD
Apr. 15 House Captain organizational meeting - at Shepherd of the Lakes,
2101 S. Hacker Road, Brighton, MI – 7:00 p.m.
Apr. 15 Compassionate Care Training, 7:00 p.m., location TBD
Apr. 15 Home Owner Agreement Deadline - to be turned in by House Captain
Apr. 15 Deadline for House Captains, Clean Team Captains and Rake and Run
coordinators to turn in material take offs and costs.
Apr. 15 Deadline for volunteers to register
Apr. 16 House Captains, Clean Team Captains and Rake and Run coordinators begin final
material purchasing and any work that is required at the sites to prepare for
Project Day.
Apr. 20 Steering Committee Meeting at Shepherd of the Lakes, 2101 S. Hacker Road,

Apr. 20 Final Volunteer Assignments Determined and communicated to volunteers

8:30 a.m. Kick off meeting at Shepherd of the Lakes
8:50 a.m. Group Photo
9:00 a.m. Disburse to projects and begin work.
2:00 p.m. Youth teams return to Shepherd of the Lakes for lunch
4:00 p.m. Teams complete work at sites
May 7 Celebration Event and Concert – 6:30 p.m.
May 13 Steering Committee Wrap Up meeting at Shepherd of the Lakes, 2101 S. Hacker
