WHAT NOW?

Download, print, fill out, sign, and return a Volunteer Assessment and Release Form. For volunteers under the age of 18, download, print, fill in, have parents sign, and return

  a Parental Consent Form and a Volunteer Assessment and Release Form.

Forward all completed forms to the address or fax number noted at the left. Labor of Love maintains a database of volunteers.All volunteers must fill out and sign a Volunteer Assessment and Release Form to participate in any Labor of Love projects.Labor of Love organizers will communicate with qualified volunteers and coordinate assistance.Volunteers that agree to participate in the Urgent Repair Program will not be asked to

  volunteer for more than one urgent repair per year. If a volunteer responds to an Urgent

  Repair, his or her name will be removed from the emergency repair response list for

  twelve months after their last Urgent Repair response.
